Ten years growing alongside our community.

We opened our doors as a small insurance agency in Manassas, Virginia, with the idea of helping local families protect what they had worked so hard to build. From day one we decided to also offer travel agency services, because we understood that protecting a family isn't only about safeguarding what they have, but also about being there for the moments they want to live — their vacations, their family reunions, their next chapters. That dual purpose, protecting and accompanying, would end up being the first sign that Normas Family would never settle for solving just one need.

A year after opening our doors, we started noticing a pattern: many of our clients arrived with the same frustration — losing entire hours dealing with DMV paperwork, or scrambling to find somewhere to notarize an urgent document without losing a day of work. We decided to listen to that need and act on it: we added help with DMV paperwork and notary services right inside our own office, so our clients wouldn't have to go somewhere different for every errand. Demand grew so quickly that we ended up running two notaries working at the same time under the same roof.

2018 was, without a doubt, the year Normas Family truly took shape. We noticed that many of our clients were also small business owners, and that their needs went far beyond insurance: they needed to file their taxes with someone they could trust, they needed to keep their books in order and pay their employees correctly, and many of them — and their families — also needed to learn English, computer skills, or basic financial literacy to grow in this country. We answered those needs almost at the same time: we added tax preparation and filing, Normas Accounting and Payroll Services was born to handle bookkeeping, payroll processing, and company formation and renewal, and Normas Academy and Learning Center opened its doors, offering English, computer, and finance classes for adults in our community. It was the year we stopped being an insurance agency with extra services, and truly became Normas Family. Today, tax preparation continues as one of our five core lines.

As more local businesses came to us to handle their taxes, their bookkeeping, and their business insurance, we started hearing another question more and more often: ‘can you also help me with my website, or with my presence on social media?’ That's where the opportunity to bring Delarca Productions Design into the family was born — a creative team dedicated to graphic design and professional web development. With that addition, we could start helping our clients not only organize their business from the inside, but also build the digital presence they needed for the world to find them from the outside. Today, that creative team is part of Multiservices' digital solutions.

After a decade building this family of services in Virginia, we decided to take a step we had been dreaming about for a while: bringing everything we've learned to a new community. Our online support for Arkansas is already active, and on October 1, 2026 we're opening the doors of our physical office in Springdale, under the same name and with the same philosophy that has defined us from day one in Manassas. We're not arriving as just another outside company — we're arriving with the intention of listening first, of understanding up close what every family and every business in the area lives day to day, and of building alongside them, just as we did ten years ago. If we've learned anything along this journey, it's that every new chapter of Normas Family always begins the same way: with the community at the center.
